Eligibility
- Eligibility is limited to low-income residents (150% federal poverty level) of Kershaw County who have no private or government medical insurance.
Hours of Operation
- Monday and Wednesday, 9 am - 7 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday, 9 am to 1 pm
- Tuesday - Best Chance exams and diabetic classes by apointment
