- To provide free medical care to residents of Chester County and beyond who cannot pay and who have no health insurance.

- age 18-64
- Income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level
- no health insurance of any kind
Hours of Operation
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- RN Clinic, each Tuesday and Thursday, 10:30 am - 12 pm
- MD Clinic, each Tuesday, 6 - 9 pm
- New patients, each Thursday, 6 - 9 pm
- MD Clinic, 1st and 3rd Saturdays, 9 am - 12 pm
- MD Clinic, each 4th Friday, 9 am - 12 pm
