Eligibility

• Household income at or below 133% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (verification required)
• No health insurance (no Medicare, no Medicaid, no private health insurance) 

Hours of Operations

• Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 6:30 pm
• Medical visits: Patients are seen at the Walk-In Clinic on Monday through Thursday, with sign-up at 9:00 am.  Patient education classes are offered during clinic hours.
• Pharmacy: Patients can drop off prescription refill requests for pickup in 2 business days.  Dispensing hours are typically in the evening hours, dependent on the availability of volunteer pharmacists.
