Amanda Berrier is the SC Free Clinic Association’s executive director. Amanda has 20 years of non-profit management experience, including four years at the United Way Association of South Carolina. She specializes in community development and collaborative relationship building – as well as project and grant management. She is currently the Chair of the State Execs Committee of the National Association of Free Clinics. She serves on the statewide Advisory Panel of AccessHealth SC and the Advisory Council of Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy.









Karen Papouchado is the part-time systems developer for the Association. Karen has been with the association since the beginning and her knowledge and experience are invaluable. A former member of Aiken City Council, she served as Aiken County deputy coroner from 2001-2004. Karen coordinates the SCFCA’s data collection efforts and directs the Connecting the Communities of Care partnership with the Office of Research and Statistics, the SC Primary Care Association and the SC Office of Rural Health.
